Slumping Sid

Slumping Sid is a simple short story for children and their parents which highlights the importance of good posture and fitness in order to prevent back pain.   The story is aimed at primary aged children as it is during this time that bad habits begin to develop (trust me I know, I have 4 wee darlings!)
